Senior Architect

55 Bishopsgate - Commercial Tower - Stage 1-3 - (Value £650m) 

Role - Design Lead - Working closely with the team at AFK my focus was on Concept Design, resulting in the practice securing the commercial opportunity. Following this my role was to take the project and team from Concept to Planning - 3 year engagement - 67 story 750,000 sqft commercial tower.

Commercial Tower - Blackfriars - Stage 1 (500m)

Developing the Concept and leading design. Large commercial tower early stage feasibility. Role Lead designer.

IQL S4 - Commercial Office - Stratford London  - Stage 2-3 - (Value 120m)

A 22 story development in the new stratford quarter delivering high quality office accommodation to a much needed part of the city. Role - Design focused progressing the competition scheme through to concept design.

Mandrell Road - Residential 16 House development - Stage 4-6 - (Value 8.5m)

New build sixteen, four story houses split over two streets located in Brixton. Designed to a high specification and achieving new goverment standards in efficiency. Project on Site completion due 2020.

Hridaya Yoga Centre - Longeval, Lyon - France

On site restoration work and consultation on eco friendly design & implementation, including reed bed water treatment, permaculture and solar strategies. A sixty room 17th Century châteaux.

Stansted Airport Departure Lounge - Commercial fitout - Stage F - (Value £40m)

Design and management of the new Stansted Airport departure lounge. Taking charge of key bespoke timber packages operating complex geometric resolution for manufacturing. Project fully managed and delivered in Revit.

225 Sixth Calgary - Canada - Commercial Tower - Brookfield - Stage D - (Value $1Billion)

A 60 story tower in the heart of Calgary, utilising elegant design with pioneering facade solutions. I lead the pavilion team as package Architect and was responsible for co-ordination, design and delivery. Project fully managed and delivered in Revit.

St Georges Commercial Offices - Perth - Australia - Brookfield - Stage A-D (Value £145m)

19 story Commercial development in the heart of Perth’s growing commerce district. My role was focused on design development responding to client requirements matching expectations with market trends to produce contextualised elegant solutions.

An interiors package for Heatherwicks new Grand Hall in china an intense 4 week program insuring  the stage D documentation deadline was met.

KASC Jedda - Saudi Arabia - Multi Purpose Sports Hall - Aramco - Stage A to D (Value £145m)

A 10,000 seat indoor arena combined with a 2,000 seat external athletics stand, and supporting facilities. Designed in line with IBC and sports England to produce a state of the art sports facility for King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia. Project partially managed and delivered in Revit.

My responsibilities as Senior Architect was focused on design development playing a key role in co-ordination between the wider ARUP engineering discipline.

KASK Jedda - Athletics Stadium - Aramco - Saudi Arabia - Stage A-D

Brought on as a contractor to form part of the 160 strong team, since the projects inception there was a reduction in scope. I was part of the 12 man team that continued to take the project forward. Design, Co-ordination, 2D & 3D production information for presentation and delivery.

Completed Oct 2010, Providing first class teaching accommodation and facilities including a state of the art lecture theatre.

Regents Place Review - Commercial - Euston London UK - British Land - Stage D

A 19 story Landmark commercial development in the heart of London, I worked solely on the project headed and overseen by Director Jim Eyre. The client was won over by the new designs and the project completed in 2013.

Marriott & Lonsdale Schools (BSF) - Hertfordshire UK - McAlpine - Stage A-D

A Co-located inclusive design, I was involved in all aspects of the job; coordination, leading consultations, production information, visualisations and presentations.

Design of mixed use development, office, retail, residential, internal fit out of the residential development, facade package for the office, plans, details, 2D + 3D Presentation material.
